	Following the introduction of "Tinterconnect (T-IC)" system at Kyivstar GSM developed by Telesens, we received a modern flexible solution capable of processing huge volumes of information and easily customizable to new requirements of the dynamically growing subscriber base of Kyivstar GSM, new interconnection with carriers and possible change in procedures of settlements between them. �	Due to their professional competence, the Telesens employees participating in this project were able to get into the new available infrastructure very fast. They took an active and constructive part in development of the SIM Management module, and, in this way, could deliver very important enhancement suggestions. Both technical and interpersonal communication with them was excellent. The fast synchronization of the development processes was easily achieved. The developed software module is remarkable for its high quality. The planned functionality was achieved fully within planned timeline and budget, and, in some aspects, even exceeded our expectations. The pilot project can be designated as a 100% success. 	In September of 1999, the network infrastructure branch NI1662 (currently - T-Com T232) of Deutsche Telekom AG entrusted the former Telesens GmbH (later on - TelesensKSCL AG) with development of the prebilling system named "KDVneu" (system destined for billing of traffic charges for ATM and DxM network platforms). The Kharkov-based Telesens has participated in this project since February 1999. The employees of Telesens Ukraine on several occasions assisted their Deutsche Telekom colleagues on site. This cooperation proved very fruitful and should be distinguished as highly professional. Along with excellent professional competence in the field of UNIX platform and Oracle database, both specialists displayed very good abilities to solve problems, as well as very good language skills (English) and communication abilities.
