Telesens Int. Enters Offshore Cooperation with Bestence GmbH

Telesens International ltd, a European provider of billing systems and end-to-end customized solutions with development center in Ukraine, has signed an outsourcing contract with Bestence GmbH (Germany).

Under the contract, Telesens Int. shall provide a team for remote Web portal testing. The portal belongs to a telecommunication company the name of which shall not be disclosed.
Director of Telesens Int. Eduard Rubin says that to get this order Telesens Int. has proved a really high level of data security, as dealing with any customer data in Germany requires compliance with stringent laws on data protection and advanced confidentiality level for the project.
He also says that the successful implementation of the project has required understanding of the telecommunications business and experience in web application testing as well as a profound knowledge of German language the portal is made in.
"This is not the first German-language project for our company, and we have used the experience and knowledge accumulated by our engineers in the previous projects for Deutsche Telekom and T-Systems,” says Mr. Rubin.
The Director has emphasized that this order is the start of a long-lasting cooperation between the two companies.
"The project is important for both parties as in the course of it we set up the ways of remote collaboration and communication of several geographically distributed teams. The successful performance of our testing team will gradually result in further transfer of projects on software systems’ development and support to Ukraine with significantly lower pre-operation costs and thus even higher efficiency for Bestence,” says Mr. Rubin.
